El paquete llegó rápido, uno de los botes venía derramado dentro de la caja pero pude aprovechar lo que le quedaba.
El producto excelente, la aplicación sencilla si se siguen los pasos de las instrucciones y una vez finalizado todo queda con un excelente acabado.

El envío bien, pero el producto mal. El color a pesar de ser blanco no es como el de mi bañera es un blanco grisáceo y se nota el pegote. Dinero tirado a la basura

Hola Sandra. Sentimos tu decepción. Nos has llamado hoy y te hemos atendido y explicado que tu caso ha sido excepcional: nunca nos ha ocurrido algo así. Hemos visto las fotos que nos has mandado por whatsapp y tu caso es muy extraño. Como habrás podido ver en las opiniones de otros clientes, (por ejemplo la de Encarna P. o José Ricardo M., justo anteriores a la tuya) el color suele ser perfecto. De hecho, nunca hemos tenido quejas, solo se nota si sabes dónde estaba. Desconocemos porqué ha sido, pero está claro que tu bañera es más clara que las normales. Como te hemos dicho por teléfono, no tenemos más tonos de blanco, pues el fabricante que nos lo suministra solo hace este tono. Tu bañera debió salir más blanca que las demás por alguna razón. Por desgracia en este caso esta es la excepción que confirma la regla.

El producto es fácil de usar incluso para alguien que no sea muy manitas. EL acabado es casi imperceptible. Sólo me queda ver qué ocurre después de utilizar la bañera durante un tiempo. En principio, por tanto, estoy muy contenta con la compra y es un producto que recomendaré a mis amigos.

El envío llegó al día siguiente de hacer el pedido. La reparación es casi imperceptible. Por tanto y a la espera de ver qué ocurre después de usar la bañera durante un tiempo, mi opinión sobre Redesbán es muy positiva.

hola. ya use el producto y queda bastante bien:
la masilla tapa perfectamente y el color que pedi (pergamon ) coincide perfectamente con el de la bañera que necesitaba la reparacion.
Como unica pega el precio del producto un poco alto para la poca cantidad de masilla que trae.
Por otra parte; totalmente satisfecho con el producto, el resultado y la rapidez en el envio.

Más que de la tienda, que ha funcionado perfecatmente, hablaré del producto, que me ha sorprendido gratamente. Uno nunca sabe como saldrán estas cosas pero yo no soy muy manitas y me ha quedado casi perfecto. Esto en manos de un profesional lo deja que ni se nota. Yo tenía 7 picotazos en la bañera, es una casa que alquilo y la gente tiene poco cuidado, algunos golpes del tamaño de una moneda. El principio me despistó un poco, tienes que aplicar una masilla que al no ser blanca pensé que me había equivocado de color, pero una vez que seca aplicas la pintura encima y queda muy muy bien. Totalmente recomendable.
