Contenta con los productos y el precio. No puedo decir lo mismo con el envío con la empresa MRW, desastroso. Llamando a la tienda en dos ocasiones y tampoco me han solucionado nada (dos veces me han dicho que lo enviarían al día siguiente, y no vino nadie) Finalmente tuve que ir a recoger yo misma el paquete a la sucursal y cargar con las cajas, cuando yo en ningun momento me ausenté de casa y puse mi dirección correcta. Deberían cuidar estas cosas.

Answer Regalos Gourmet Online

Buena tardes, sentimos su descontento, pero le informamos de que su pedido se envió el día 5/9/2024, teniendo un intento de entrega al día siguiente 6/9/2024 por la agencia de transportes Mrw. en otros casos, con otras agencias podemos dudar de la veracidad del intento de entrega, pero en el caso de mrw no, ya que ellos hacen fotografía al portal o puerta del destinatario para justificar que han intentado entregar la mercancía. En su caso, tenemos dicha imagen del mismo día 6/9/2024 a las 12:36 horas. Por otro lado, y poniéndonos a su favor en esta caso, si que es cierto que para el segundo intento de entrega se retrasaron algo más, por ello le pedimos disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas. Un saludo.
