Pese al poco tiempo de antelación creo que deberían haber tenido el soporte necesario para incluir la postal que solicite a color y por otro lado creo que habiendo gastado más de 100 euros en envíos deberían haber realizado alguna atención.

Respecto a la postal en color, lo hacemos a coste 0€ pero como bien sabe nos confirmó la compra minutos antes de la hora del cierre de pedidos, aún así nos quedamos hasta las 15h preparando todo para que saliera ese día, pero la impresión en color la hacemos externamente y a esa hora era imposible. Los envíos fueron todos a direcciones distintas con lo que no se podía hacer ningún descuento, si hubieran ido al mismo destino si hubiera sido a coste 0 el transporte, ya que la compra era superior a 79€.
