Es la primera vez que pido a través de está tienda y todo perfecto, la atención, el envío, el producto. Tuve que llamar parar confirmar fecha, y la persona que me atendió, fue muy amable y me resolvió la duda que consulté. La persona que ha recibido el regalo, le ha encantado. Todo muy bien!!!!

Web bastante fácil e intuitiva. El envío no le doy un cero por que no me deja. Me parece vergonzoso que de 100 euros de pedido cobren 50 de portes. Juraría que no lo vi y si lo vi me descuidé y acepté pero si lo llego a saber no pido. Me parece vergonzoso

Buenas tardes Luis, le agradecemos el comentario y le explicamos el porqué de dicho importe, el envio a Baleares de más de 12 kg es un envío pesado y entendemos que caro, pero es el importe íntegro que nos cobra MRW por enviar a las Islas Baleares. A esto se le añade 2,50 por pago contrareembolso. El sistema calcula el peso y añade el importe exacto antes de finalizar el pedido. Estamos de acuerdo con usted en que es un precio elevado, pero por cualquier agencia de transporte urgente desde península a Baleares de más de 12 kg se eleva bastante.
