Si bien han tenido una rotura de stock o similar, la atención ha sido impecable y han cumplido correctamente con la totalidad del pedido. Aprovecho la ocasión para trasladar mi sorpresa con parte del pedido realizado. Se trata del filtro Cintropur NW25 3/4, junto con este filtro solicite dos pequeños manómetros de la misma marca que se insertan en dos roscas que lleva el filtro en la parte superior del mismo. Mi sorpresa ha sido que la rosca macho de los filtros, parece ser que es de 1/8, no coincide con la rosca hembra de la carcasa del filtro y según me explicaron Vds. la tiene que realizar el cliente si quiere insertarlas en dichos orificios con el consiguiente riesgo e incomodidad que lleva consigo esta manipulación. En definitiva lo que vende la firma, que esta reflejado en varias fotografías de su Web en donde se observa la colocación de ambos manómetros no coincide con la realidad y esto, en una firma tan importante, deberían al menos mencionarlo o solventarlo.

Muchas gracias José por tus comentarios, tomamos nota de tu amable sugerencia. Efectivamente, los orificios del cabezal no coinciden con la rosca de los manómetros. Gracias a tu opinión, hemos añadido esta observación en la página del producto de los manómetros para que los futuros compradores lo tengan en cuenta. De nuevo, gracias por tu confianza, ésto nos ayuda a mejorar y a crecer.
