Buenas. La agenda anual estupenda compré dos unidades y son geniales. Siendo consciente de que no es vuestro error directamente en el envío una de las cajas vino totalmente aplastada y rota la otra (que era para regalo) por suerte no. Solo podría recomendaros embalar mejor el paquete para que nos lleguen las cosas 100% perfectas.

Que bien que la agenda te haya encantado :) Con respecto al envío sentimos mucho si has tenido una mala experiencia, actualmente estamos hablando con las agencias de transporte para que la próxima vez que hagas un pedido pueden elegir que empresa te lo lleva por si hay alguna que no funcione bien en tu zona.

Nunca he recibido un pedido tan rápido como el de Pedrita, hice la compra a medio día de un miércoles y el jueves por la mañana ya estaba en casa. La verdad que muy bien todo. Yo he comprado la agenda anual de semana vista y me ha encantado la calidad del producto, deseando de poder estrenarla. Y otro detalle que me ha gustado mucho es que al abrir la caja me he encontrado con varias sorpresitas. Lo recomiendo "doscientos" por cien.
