Hola! Lamentamos que no te haya gustado la calidad del mismo, está fabricado en madera de bambú para que tenga cierta flexibilidad y tela resistente y de buena calidad. Cuidamos mucho las calidades de todos nuestros productos así como el empaquetado de los mismos. El paquete llegó muy rápido y en perfectas condiciones. Muy bien empaquetado, con muchos detalles. El único problema es que la pulsera es muy grande. La medida más pequeña es 19cm (como bien dice en las descripciones), pero, aún teniendo la muñeca ancha, como es mi caso, pienso que queda enorme.
