Yo la atención al cliente no la he usado pero supongo que sera genial como todo. Yo pedi un funko y me llego en una caja de cartón muy resistente ya que era un cartón bastante gordo y si no fuera suficiente vino mi funko envuelto en papel de burbujas. Yo que soy una persona que conserva las cajas, me ha parecido genial el envio que han hecho. También he de decir que el funko es original, no como otras páginas que he usado que te llegan falsos y son muy famosas. Sin duda si busco otro funko lo buscare primero en esta web. La recomiendo encarecidamente.
