En envío de la compra es algo desconfiado ya que debes aportar el justificante de pago, aunque en el concepto de pago pongas la referencia que te indican por correo electrónico.

En el caso de hacer el pago por transferencia bancaria, los envíos se retrasan un poco más pues esta forma de pago no es instantánea, normalmente tarda en hacerse efectiva dos o tres días. Por eso indicamos que nos adjuntéis justificante por correo para agilizarlo, pues no revisamos las cuentas cada día.

No obstante, tendremos en cuenta tu comentario para tratar de mejorar el servicio. Muchas gracias por confiar en nosotros, un saludo!!

Buenos días, mi opinión tras el servicio recibido es bueno, buen material como esperaba.
Lo único malo es tener que mandar el justificante de pago al correo ya que hasta entonces no lo enviáis, ya que en el concepto de pago ya pusimos la referencia indicada.
