El sillón nos llegó antes de tiempo. El sillón está muy chulo y es muy cómodo. La atención fue muy buena ya que se pusieron en contacto con nosotros para avisarnos que cuando iba a llegar el pedido y posteriormente se preocuparon en preguntarnos si estaba todo correcto.

El producto es similar a lo reflejado en la web y e tiempo de entrega adecuado.
El problema viene cuando el transportista que lo lleva no quiere subirlo hasta el piso porque argumenta que entra muy justo en el ascensor y que tendría que sacarlo de la caja, y que no le da tiempo porque tiene el coche aparcado sin ticket de la hora. El detalle de dejar un sillón en el portal de casa a mi mujer embarazada de 8 Meses sinceramente no me parece lo más adecuado, tan solo porque quiere ir a hacer otros repartos y no cumple con el compromiso de llevarlo hasta el piso.
Creo que deberían cuidar esos detalles.

La butaca, perfecta y muy cómoda, del tamaño perfecto. También compramos el portabiberones, una alfombra y una cesta, y es todo muy bonito y de calidad. La atención al cliente ha sido impecable y el pedido llegó muy rápido, como en una semana. Recomendaría sin duda esta empresa a quien esté buscando una butaca de lactancia. La única pega que pondría a todo el proceso es que el repartidor de SEUR se negó a llevármela a la habitación del bebé y me lo dejó todo en medio del salón :S
