El colchón que nos mandaron no era de la medida que tocaba pero se supone que fue un error de la casa Ecus, no de ellos, si que es verdad que en la etiqueta y en la caja ponia 80x50 y nos llegó 52x75. Gestionaron muy bien la devolución, fue fácil y rápido y ahora ya tenemos el colchón de la medida que toca.

Al hacer el pedido (domingo a las 17 horas) ponía que lo tendría en la tienda en 24 horas. No fué así sino que tardaron más de 48 horas (martes a las 18 horas). Además hice una consulta técnica sobre el producto en la tienda que no supieron contestar.

Al hacer el pedido (domingo a las 17 horas) ponía que lo tendría en la tienda en 24 horas. No fueron 24 sino más de 48 horas. Era la única razón por la cual lo compre en SMALLS, ya que había otras tiendas que ofrecían lo mismo pero más barato. Además en la tienda hice una consulta técnica que no supieron responder. No volveré a comprar.

Compré esta hamaca como regalo para un amigo que acaba de tener un bebé y ha sido todo un acierto. La calidad es muy buena, se ve cómoda y segura, y además tiene un diseño muy bonito.
