Cuando recibimos el paquete nos llegó el uppababy Vista 2 y nosotros solicitamos el uppababy cruz 2 en el mismo día que llego, les escribimos por la confusión que hubo y en el mismo día lo gestionaron y al día siguiente teníamos el patinete solicitado. Muy agradecido y contento con todo, tanto la gestión como con la respuesta tan rápida y amabilidad

Envío muy rápido (a Zaragoza) y atención personalizada y cuidada. Hubo un problema con el estocaje de uno de los productos y me avisaron para ver si quería continuar con el resto del pedido o eliminar algún producto, ya que se trataba de unos adaptadores. Adaptaron el pedido y devolvieron el dinero correspondiente enseguida, sin problemas. El producto que sí mantuve, llegó pronto y en buen estado. Agradecida y contenta con la experiencia.

He tenido muy buena experiencia comprando en Smalls. Compré el cinturón Besafe Pregnant Fix y a las dos semanas de uso se estropeó uno de los cierres. Les escribí para comentar lo ocurrido y lo solucionaron muy rápido. Tienen un buen servicio de atención al cliente y de envío.
