Recomiendo 100% comprar en Smalls. Y eso que cuando hice el pedido recibí un mail informándome que la silla que había pedido no la tenían en stock y tardarían algo más. Pero a través de su servicio de atención al cliente convirtieron un posible problema en la mejor de las virtudes. ¿Cómo? Pues les llamé por teléfono para saber qué pasaba y me atendió una persona que se conocía la tienda de arriba a abajo (no un teleoperador externo), comprobó mi pedido, me pidió disculpas y me explicó que les llegaría mi producto en uno o dos días. Me ofreció esperar o cambiar el color y me informó puntualmente en los días siguientes del proceso. Elegí esperar y efectivamente, la silla les llegó en dos días y al cuarto ya la tenía en casa. Un 12 sobre 10 en servicio. Y además el mejor precio y funda de regalo. No se puede pedir más.

La silla perfecta como era de esperar.
Lo genial fue el trato con la tienda, tuvimos que resolver un inconveniente y los resolvieron en cuestión de minutos, y algo me dice que en otros sitios hubiera sido algo tedioso.
Volveré a comprar seguro.

Finalmente no había la Quid 2 en el color que queríamos, nos llamaron y ofrecieron varias alternativas explicándonos similitudes y diferencias con el producto inicial, elegimos comprarnos la Inglesina Quid 3. Estamos encantados.

Nuestro niño ya necesitaba una silla más grande para viajar en el automóvil y, sin dudarlo, volvimos a confiar en Britax Romer y en Stalls. Es nuestra segunda compra online y, para los que vivimos en Aranda de Duero, y no tenemos mucha oferta, comprar en Stalls es un acierto seguro. La silla está fenomenal. Es el último modelo de Britax Romer y ha ganado varios premios gracias a su sistema de seguridad. Merece mucho la pena que nuestro hijo vaya lo más seguro posible hasta los 12 años y merece mucho la pena comprar la silla en un establecimiento con tanta experiencia. Muchas gracias por la rapidez y el cuidado en la entrega.
