El café bien.
Quizá algo suave para mi gusto. Tras probarlo en un bar quise probar las cápsulas, y no están igual de buenas. Al menos estas (no había más variedad)
El envío un desastre.
Compré en diciembre, recibí en febrero. Prácticamente 2 meses después.
Por el camino, 7 u 8 mensajes a Catunambu sin respuesta. Ni en el buzón no en la app Shop.
Supongo que con Amazon esto no habría pasado.
A los 45 días. Se hizo un nuevo envío en Shop, y 10’días después apareció el café en casa.
Entiendo que se extravíe un paquete, no que no respondan a los mensajes.

Mejorable. La información del envío (empresa encargada, dia estimado de entrega, dónde está el paquete...) muy deficiente. Y el tiempo final de envío fue el doble del que se suponía. Salva la situación el café, que es muy bueno. El producto llegó en buenas condiciones

El café bueno como siempre, es el que me gusta y por eso lo compro. Pero la información que el cliente tiene acerca del envío (qué empresa lo gestiona, cuándo va a llegar, dónde se encuentra el paquete...) es muy mala. Hoy en día cualquier envío desde cualquier plataforma/web da al cliente una información minima que aquí no se ha cumplido. La app a la que se ciñe para "informar" no sirve para nada, no da más información que la que puedes ver en la web. Además, tardó más tiempo del indicado en las condiciones de compra (el doble) y unido a la falta de información me hizo ponerme nervioso.

Para mi este café calidad / precio es de 5 estrellas. Pero por lo comentado anteriormente tengo que bajar esa puntuación.

El cafe catunambu esta bastante bueno en todas en todas sus formas, la única pega que tiene ,es que se le acaba pronto las existencias, deberían poner un poco más de interés en ese problema, por lo demás todo bien, incluso la entrega.
