Hace unas semanas encargué 3 paquetes de café.

Tras una semana esperando, no me llegó el pedido, pero pudieron atenderme a tiempo escribiéndoles a atención al cliente. Pensaba que me solventarían el problema del pedido, y que me llegaría, pero solo se limitaron a devolverme el dinero, no me dieron explicación ninguna...

Supongo que la parte de ecomerce de esta empresa no funciona como realmente debe de funcionar, parece que tienen algo desatendido la parte de logística, una pena....

Producto siempre en falta y luego tardan bastante en la devolución del dinero en la página te pones en producto y luego no lo tienes y si es llama por teléfono es una odisea hablar con alguien mala información hay que pensar mucho pedí algunos productos porque te pueden encontrar que a los 5 días te diga que no tiene el producto

Por parte de la calidad de las cápsulas de café todo Ok.
Pero Tengo cierto descontento.
Lo primero la dificultad de encontrar estás cápsulas en el mercado.
Lo segundo es muy difícil que las haya en la tienda de Catunambú, casi siempre están agotadas, no sé...
Lo siguiente es que te dicen que te lo envían en 24-48h, y ya llevamos una semana... viviendo en Dos Hermanas!!!... Seguro que cuando venga el repartidor no estoy en casa...
