Muy recomendable seguir los tiempos y métodos de cocinado que sugieren en un pequeño librito que adjuntaron.
Especial mención al chorizo, que sorprendió. (el resto ya nos lo esperábamos )

Sabor potente para combinar con quesos sin que se pierda el referente a carne.
