No es la 1a vez que las compro y estan muy ricas,y para hacer tartar aunque lo ideal es a cuchillo sale el tartar muy rico.
Son las burguers que menos aditivos llevan de la tienda creo...
en mi opinion carne picada y sal tendrian que llevar y nada más,aunque la caducidad se reduzca!

impresionante el gusto y la terneza,no es una carne con un gusto muy potente,es dulzona para todos los publicos.
El corte excelente,muy limpio y aprovechable.Sin duda repetire!y el precio bien, ya sea 30 de oferta o 39...son 1.2kg!
