Hola Eduardo, ante todo muchas gracias por tu opinión. En referencia a los gastos de envío, indicarte que intentamos escoger el sistema que creemos que beneficia más a nuestros clientes. Es por ello que nos decantamos por una tarifa plana de 4,50€ y a partir de 50 € de compra, los gastos son gratuitos.
Con este sistema casi siempre sale beneficiado el cliente, ya que en la mayoría de los casos los pedidos contienen productos que pesan bastante (velones, baños, fregasuelos, etc..) y que si cobrásemos el envío según el peso saldría mucho más caro. En tu caso no ha sido así porque tu pedido pesaba realmente poco, (aunque en Correos, el envío de un paquete certificado de sólo 50 gr. ya cuesta 3,60 €, y de 80 gr. sube a 4 €, eso sin contar embalajes, manipulación, etc.). Pero ya te digo que casos como el tuyo no son los más frecuentes.
No obstante, el tema de los gastos de envío nosotros lo tenemos siempre en mente y le vamos dando vueltas para conseguir el sistema más ventajoso para vosotros. Un saludo..!!!
