No pone los meses de curación del lote, los jamones IGP van identificados con su vitola según los meses de curación azul, roja o negra, pregunte por WhatsApp los meses de curación del lote y me dijeron que 20 y luego eran de 17 meses, cuando me queje me pusieron la escusa de que según la etiqueta de trazabilidad tenían 24 meses pero eso no es, por lo demás el envío fenomenal y el jamón buenísimo, pero en esto no soy imparcial me encanta el jamón.

Es el tercero que compro de este tipo en Tienda Maruja. Muy buen sabor, buena curación, con buen punto de sal, se "pega al paladar". Me parece que lo vamos a disfrutar mucho.

Buenos dias, lamento tener que decirles que a pesar que pedi el gran reserva para que estuviese mas curado, esta muy crudo y para los peques que les encanta no se pueden comer ya que se les hace bola. Gracias espero sus comentarios
