Se nota que es curado al estilo antiguo, con sal Marina y nada más. Me recuerda el sabor a los jamones que mi padre mandaba a curar en los años 80-90 de nuestros propios cerdos y después de hacer la matanza de forma artesanal y familiar. Enhorabuena y gracias por la dedicación a la tradición
