Siempre es un acierto comprar este jamón.
Desde hace 3 años lo compramos por esta época que ya no hace tanto calor, y en cuanto se acabe la pieza repetiremos! Está realmente bueno, tiene mucho sabor y no está salado. Además tiene un equilibrio bueno de grasa, ni mucha ni poca.
