Buenos días, he tenido un problema con mi jamón, al llevar ya la mitad comido hemos encontrado un hueco interior con moho, imagino que hicieron una cata para verificar la curación del jamón y no se cerró bien, eso produjo el moho en el interior.
El jamón está riquísimo como todos los que hemos comprado otras veces, pero os lo comentamos para que reviséis vuestros controles de calidad.

El mundo del jamón es un poco complicado porque depende del gusto de cada uno y sobre todo de la economía de cada persona. Llevo comprando ya un tiempo estos jamones y de momento estoy encantado, una de las cosas que valoro es que son bajos en sal , por un problema mío tengo que comer en general bajo en sal .
