Este jamón no está bien curado pues la parte externa de la pata está normal, sin embargo la parte interna de la pata está pastosa y si tocas con el dedo se queda la huella marcada. Es decir cuando cortó una tapa de la maza la mitad está bien curada y la otra mitad tierna sin curar y en boca es como una pasta. Hasta ahora es el peor jamón que me ha llegado. Me ha decepcionado
