Hubo problemas con nuestro pedido. El primer paquete se perdió, llegó el segundo. Me gustaría una mejor comunicación porque nadie respondió a mi primer correo electrónico, ni siquiera en WhatsApp. Descubrimos por teléfono que sólo era posible por correo electrónico...
Llevamos varios años comprando en la tienda de Trevelz, pero lamentablemente hacer pedidos ya no es una opción para nosotros.
