Hola, buenos días. Yo y mi familia somos clientes vuestros desde hace tiempo. Pedimos siempre jamones por internet y siempre nos han parecido súper ricos.
Queríamos comentaros que el último jamón que hemos pedido nos sabe un poco raro, y el olor también nos parece distinto.
Os escribimos porque tenemos también un negocio relacionado con el campo de la alimentación, y siempre es de agradecer cuando un cliente nos hace una crítica desde la comprensión y el respeto con la intención de que nosotros mejoremos nuestro servicio, y a nosotros desde el punto de vista de clientes en este caso nos ha parecido correcto hacerlo con vuestro producto.

Un verdadero desastre. Insistí en qyue la entrega se hiciera el día 30 de junio y en MRW me avisan de que se hará el día 29 de junio. Intento cambiar la fecha de entrega pero no hay manera de hacerlo. Llamo por teléfono y un robot me remite a seguimiento de envíos.
¿POR QUÉ NO CAMBIAN DE EMPRESA DE REPARTO?
