Compré una maleta Trunki un jueves por la mañana para un cumpleaños que tenía el viernes por la tarde. En la página garantizan que el pedido llega en 24 horas, y en el chat de la página me garantizaron que llegaría el viernes. No fué así, llego el lunes siguiente. Tarde para la fiesta de cumpleaños. Por lo demás la maleta es genial, pero la sensación no ha sido buena por la mala gestión.
