El envío, además de por si tardar un mes, cuando hablo con ellos y les digo que tarda mucho en llegar, lo único que me contestan es que en todo momento como clientes sabemos el tiempo que va a tardar. CERO EMPATÍA. No obstante, el envío llegó, con 2-3 días de retraso adicionales a la fecha límite de entrega. La presentación del pedido hecho es la que veis en la foto. Menos mal que lo abrí antes de darlo como regalo y poder darlo en mejores condiciones de presentación.

Hola Pablo, sentimos mucho la experiencia que tuvisteis. Somos Noelia y Jose, los nuevos propietarios de Una Boda Mágica, empresa que hemos adquirido recientemente (noviembre de 2025). No tenemos relación con la anterior gestión, pero queremos disculparnos igualmente por lo ocurrido.
Desde que asumimos la dirección, hemos renovado completamente la atención al cliente y el control de calidad para ofrecer un servicio mucho más cercano y profesional.

El bastidor que me han entregado es precioso. Elegí un modelo y cambié el color del lazo y de las flores, eligiendo hasta tres colores distintos. Lo han hecho precioso. Lo recomiendo 100% ya que no sabía cómo iba a quedar al seleccionar colores que no estaban ya en el diseño establecido y ha quedado fenomenal.
