Compré un felpudo personalizado, me llegó el de otra persona, le tuvieron que venir a recoger y luego cuando me llega el mío está quemado y le falta un cacho de letra, les escribo y me dicen que que está bien, no volveré a comprar aquí ni lo recomiendo,

Hola Ana, sentimos mucho la experiencia que tuvisteis. Somos Noelia y Jose, los nuevos propietarios de Una Boda Mágica, empresa que hemos adquirido recientemente (noviembre de 2025). No tenemos relación con la anterior gestión, pero queremos disculparnos igualmente por lo ocurrido.
Desde que asumimos la dirección, hemos renovado completamente la atención al cliente y el control de calidad para ofrecer un servicio mucho más cercano y profesional.
