Hola Mar, sentimos mucho la experiencia que tuvisteis. Somos Noelia y Jose, los nuevos propietarios de Una Boda Mágica, empresa que hemos adquirido recientemente (desde noviembre de 2025). No tenemos relación con la anterior gestión, pero queremos disculparnos igualmente por lo ocurrido.
Desde que asumimos la dirección, hemos renovado completamente la atención al cliente y el control de calidad para ofrecer un servicio mucho más cercano y profesional.
