Producto y recepción dentro de lo acordado, el único punto a comentar y que como cliente considero negativo, es el alto precio del apartado envío, ya que un producto con un coste de 33,90€ (IVA incluido) acabo costando 55,30€.

Buenos días, gracias por su opinión, el precio extra del envío, es debido a que usted escogió un transporte de 24h dentro de un horario determinado. Este tipo de servicios tiene un coste extra de transporte que cobra la empresa de transportes. Si usted hubiera escogido el transporte de 48h el coste del envío hubiera sido de 5.95€

Llegó el vaso roto por motivos de transporte. Mandé un correo y enseguida me llamaron. Me volvieron a mandar otro en perfectas condiciones.
