Everything was to easy

Perfect shoe, very nice price.

Shockingly awful, do not buy from this company. Orded the Saucon Tempus but was wrong size. Sent back the day they arrived to the UK distribution hub address given on the invoice. First class track and traced and have proof it was received. Still not refund from 19 Jul 22. I emailed the company and they initially said there is a delay in getting the parcel to them in Spain from their UK hub cut forward to today 1 SEP still no refund now they want proof that the package was sent to the correct address. Even though have provided the tracking number and various screen shots showing it was signed for because Royal mail don't provide the exact address they don't believe the shoes were sent back. £135 down from this company who are now trying to shift the blame onto me.
