DHL Express shipping supposed 1-3 days didn't make it. Came on the 5th day instead. Very disappointed. They also did not press the door bell and just left when I was homed. Had to reschedule but could not remind them to press the door bell.

I was a bit disappointed that the replacement pair I ordered seem to have been lost by the courier and I am still waiting for a refund. This is three weeks now. Hopefully it will be sorted soon.
