Filamentos de calidad a un precio muy ajustado. Envío 24-48 horas. Sí tienes algún problema te lo solucionan.

La única pega que de algún material hay que tener suerte o esperar para que tengan stock.

He probado el negro mate, el rojo mate y el blanco mate, pero imagino que este color también será igual de bueno y bonito.

Por poner alguna pega a los amantes del PETG nos gustarían más colores, pero ya depende de la demanda...

El filamento no estaba bien hermetizado, por lo que el filamento llegó muy húmedo con 12 hr en el horno a una temperatura media de entre 50 y 60 grados no he logrado secarlo, me pareció más barato ( gasto eléctrico ) comprar o uno nuevo de otra marca, habiendo leído comentarios previos tanto en Amazon como en esta plataforma ya sabia que podía ser una opción que el filamento llegara de esta forma.

Pd. Imprimo todos los filamentos guardados en contenedores herméticos a través de un Reverse Bowden y con el beneficio de la extrusión directa de mi prusa mk3s+ ( no hay manera que la humedad haya afectado durante la impresión)

Hola Jonathan,
lamentamos la mala experiencia que hayas podido tener con el filamento y vamos a hacer todo los posible para ayudarte. Después de 12 horas en el horno a esa temperatura el filamento debería estar seco completamente, por lo que puede que el problema esté en otra parte. Aún usando un sistema de reverse bowden, estos tubos no se llevan bien con filamentos tan flexibles. El hecho de hacerlos circular por estos tubos provocan fricciones que impiden que el filamento se imprima correctamente. Nuestra recomendación es utilizar siempre extrusión directa sin ningún tipo de tubo. Si quieres que tratemos el tema, no dudes en escribirnos a [email protected].

He recibido el paquete, pero con un inconveniente.

Aunque la dirección de envío se una empresa, en la entrega no se indicó claramente el nombre del destinatario; por lo que en cualquier empresa si no tiene el nombre de la persona quien lo recibe, el paquete es rechazado.

Por suerte, la empresa intermedia de envíos puedo contactar por telefono conmigo y de esta manera, Si pude reclamar la recepción.
