Envío correcto. Respecto a la atención al cliente, al principio me preocupe pues hice pedido por internet y envíe mail con el texto a imprimir pero no tuve respuesta en unos días lo que me intranquilizó y tuve que llamar. En la llamada se solucionó. En la web deberían indicar mejor los pasos a seguir cuando el cliente quiere enviar el texto.

La atencion Magnifica, el producto espectacular, debe de canviar de compañia de envios para que el sea tan bueno com la atencion recibida y el producto que realizan.

Pero os aconsejo que utiliceis el servicio os gustara mucho.

Hola Silvia, procederemos a devolverte el dinero y lamentamos que tu experiencia de compra no haya sido positiva, solo hasta el día ayer nos enteramos de que el pedido no había llegado. Llámamos a la agencia y nos indica que en repetidas ocasiones te llamaron para hacer la entrega del pedido pero no hubo respuesta. Nosotros no teniamos conocimiento de que el ramo no hubiese sido entregado porque la agencia no nos comunicó lo sucedido y tú tampoco, si nos hubieses avisado con antelación de que no recibías el ramo seguramente hubieramos hecho otras gestiones para hacerlo llegar. A tu correo te enviaremos los comprobantes de la información que te proporcionamos. Feliz día
