La atencion inmejorable.El envio tardo 15 dias un poco lento pero fue por una causa ajena a la empresa que en todo momento estuvo pendiente para que lo pudiera tener a tiempo ya que lo necesitaba para una fecha en concreto.

Todo el proceso de compra ha ido perfecto. Bastante rápido y sin ningún contratiempo.
Solo he echado en falta poder seguir el estado del pedido, ya que no hay ningún número de seguimiento ni te llega ningún mensaje para saber el día exacto que está en reparto.
Me puse en contacto con Atención al Cliente, donde me atendieron estupendamente, pero solo pudieron decirme aproximadamente en qué días lo podría recibir. Y claro, con los horarios que tenemos la mayoría, es difícil organizarse para poder recibir el pedido si no sabes el día que sale en reparto.
Quitando éste pequeño detalle, todo genial y muy contenta con la compra. Si necesito algún accesorio más, repetiré sin duda.

El pergamino estuvo precioso, pero he de decir que tuve una incidencia que casi me cuesta que no llegue el pergamino, problemas de envío y Nadie me aviso hasta que no llame. Trabajo excelente por otro lado en elaboración y presentación del pergamino
