Estoy realmente contenta, ya no lo necesito como lactancia( que tuve una lactancia bastante satisfactoria puesto que le evité dolores que tuve con anteriores lactancias de otros bebés que aún no tenía este sillón) pero si lo uso como descanso, duermo siestas en el salón bastante cómoda en el. Y dentro de un tiempo tengo pensado ponerlo en la habitación del bebé para cuando se despierte por la noche.
Fácil limpieza, bonito y práctico. Tiene balancín y mando para poner la posición que quiera. Estamos cómodos los 2( el bebé y yo) el balancín a el bebé le gusta mucho para dormir.Buena inversión puesto que sirve para la lactancia y más adelante como sillón de confort en casa.

La atención al cliente fue excelente. Ella fue muy amable conmigo; muy exacta en predicción de cuando estaría mi sillón de lactancia puesto que había que confeccionarlo. Tuve problemas con la compañía de transporte pero La Nanita Nana se hizo cargo de todo, estableció contacto conmigo durante un tiempo con seguimiento de mi satisfacción hasta solucionar la incidencia( venía en una caja de cartón en mal estado porque la compañia de transporte se descuidó) estoy muy agradecida a Ian nanita nana como gestiono todo.
