El sillon es muy comodo y bonito, pero de haberlo sabido habriamos comprado uno no reclinable, dado que el mecanismo va tan duro que una persona sola es muy dificil empujarlo para estirarlo, y si es con un bebe en brazos resulta imposible, así que no lo recomiendo en absoluto para la lactancia. Hemos gastado mas en un sillon reclinable para utilizarlo como uno no reclinable, lo que resulta decepcionante, siendo un sillon que indican que es de lactancia.

El envio no es tan rapido como indican, lo compramos el 22 de noviembre y lo recibimos el 07 de diciembre.
La atención al cliente fue estupenda, pero una vez hecha la compra no nos hemos sentido satisfechos (el sillon reclinable que hemos comprado, Victoria Relax, es imposible reclinarlo) y la verdad que no nos han respondido como esperabamos.
Siento decir, por tanto, que nuestra experiencia no ha sido buena.

Me llegó un colchon con la medida que no habia pedido. El colchon correcto nunca me llegó, tuve que pedir otro modelo. La atencion al cliente mediante whatsap es bastante mala, pueden llegar a pasar muchos dias hasta que te respondan. Reclame la factura del colchon para la garantia hace dos meses con Varios Recordatorios entre medio y aun no me la han enviado.
