The purchasing experience on the website was simple and quick.

However, as I paid through bank transfer, the payment confirmation was " lost in the process" (although I did send it right away by email, and again a few days after that) and I had to wait for a week to get a feedback from Alananitanana (to ask for the payment confirmation, as they did not receive it - which was there and I did send it by email twice).So it took a week for the products to be sent and I think this process could be improved to enhance customer experience.

After that, I did receive the order very quickly and everything was ok!
