No pongo 0 estrellas porque no me deja. Atención pésima, no hay manera de hablar con ellos, sólo mediante WhatsApp. Me envían un producto arañado por varios sitios, después de enviar todas las fotos del producto e intentar durante una semana solucionarlo para hacer una devolución, enviando WhatsApps, correos, llamadas telefónicas en la que nadie contesta, consigo que me recojan el pedido para devolución y cuál es mi sorpresa que cuando lo reciben me dicen que para ellos está en perfecto estado, si en perfecto estado es todo lleno de arañazos (un producto que habían tenido en exposición y no me lo habían dicho),pues que me devuelven el dinero pero me descuentan el envío. Van de tienda pija con precios súper caros y consideran un producto lleno de arañazos en perfecto estado. En fin, JAMÁS COMPRÉIS NADA ALLÍ, DE VERDAD QUE OS VAIS A ARREPENTIR. No selo aconsejó a nadie.

Pedi la cuna hace 1 mes y me llego ayer , en la página ponía que llegaba en una semana o así,,,, en principio no tenían stock y tuvieron que pedirlo…. Después por lo que se ve la empresa SEUR rompió el pedido y tuvieron que mandar otra cuna nueva, cosa de la que no se me informó hasta que llame por teléfono para que me contaran por qué tardaba tanto mi pedido.
Cuando llame por teléfono me comentaron que ellos tampoco lo sabían y por eso no me habían dicho nada,pero que si intentaban darme una caja rota en SEUR que no la cogiese. Resumiendo: si no llego a llamar nadie me informa de este problema!! Respecto a la cuba y el colchón me han llegado bien,,,no esperaba menos vaya….ya era hora!!!
