Nos entregaron la cuna con una de las patas defectuosa. Solicitamos el cambio, pero el servicio postventa, es pésimo. Me dieron el contacto de la persona encargada y tardaron en getionar el cambio más de una semana. Y lo terminó resolviendo la comercial de venta. Que ha sido muy amable en todo momento.
La pieza llegó y pudimos montar la cuna. Aún no la hemos utilizado.

El carrito me llegó el 3 de mayo, el mismo día comuniqué que faltaban un juego de tornillos para su montaje (mande foto de lo que faltaba). Me llamó Rebeca y me dijo que los mandaba inmediatamente. Tras varias reclamaciones con sus diversas escusas por su parte, llegó el día 27 mayo una caja con nuevos herrajes, pero sigue faltando la bolsita con los 4 tornillos necesarios.
Solo tengo que decir que no me parecen para nada profesionales y que estoy totalmente decepcionada con esta compra.
