Ahora mismo estoy muy descontento con el servicio. Hice el pedido el 29/03 y hoy, prácticamente un mes (22/04) todavía no he recibido nada. Al contactar con el sitio para la solicitud en estas semanas no recibí ningún tipo de actualización, solo con un contacto vía WhatsApp. Me comunicaron 2 veces la fecha de llegada del pedido pero no llegó nada. En este momento informaron que se envió pero cuando pedí el número de seguimiento del transportista, no me dieron nada hasta la fecha.
Francamente estoy en mis últimos días de paciencia y muy cerca de cancelar el pedido. Sinceramente, creo que hay una falta de respeto y gestión de las expectativas para el cliente.

La experiencia en general ha sido buena y el carro llegó pronto. El tema es que no avisaron que las capotas del carro llegarían en otro envío un día más tarde y casi me da algo cuando abrimos el carro y vimos que no venían. Al día siguiente llegaron sin problema.
Ahora he tenido un problema con las cintas que recogen uno de los asientos y estoy esperando respuesta que espero sea rápida. Gracias
