Decepción total! Jamás vuelvo a comprar en esta tienda y nunca indicaré a nadie tampoco!
Compre una cama para mi hija y nunca llegó ?
Un día la culpa es del fabricante, otro de la empresa que entregan, llame al fabricante que es Alondra, súper amables y me dijeron que ellos no son responsable por que la compra lo hice con la tienda ?
Y resulta que ahora la culpa es de la empresa de mudanza que hacen la entrega, que por cierto no te cogen el teléfono???
Y en la factura de compra lo ponen envíos Seur ???
Y no es verdad no envían por seur! Estafa ...
Es una empresa que se llama Mobel logístic y no Seur como te ponen el la factura!
Y cuando llame para comprar fueron muy amables y me dijeron que en un mes y medio tendría la cama! Y compre el 2 de octubre y no saben decir ni por dónde va la cama!
No compréis nada en esta tienda que sea de fabricación, ellas no se responsabiliza!

Envío rapidísimo! Todo según lo esperado. La única pega del producto es que viene plegado y deja marcas de los pliegues en la alfombra. En las instrucciones (en inglés) indica que se pueden quitar metiendola en una secadora, pero yo no tengo. Con una aspiradora he conseguido disimularlas un poco, pero se siguen notando. Creo que el fabricante debería enviarla enrollada y no plegada.

Estoy esperando la cama que compre p mi hija y nada!decepción de tienda y no sabéis ni arreglar el problema!
Y echáis la culpa al fabricante, si tan malo es el fabricante por que seguís trabajando con ellos ??? perdiste 3 compras con mis amigas tres que esperaba que llegaran la cama que compre o comprar tb y ya no quieren y me aconsejan a devolver!
Jamás volveré a comprar y tampoco indicar vuestra tienda!
