El envio por parte de Seur un desastre porque al final tuve q esperar una semana para algo q debería haber sido en maximo 48 horas
La atención al cliente regular, llamas y no te cogen el teléfono nunca y por WhatsApp tardan en responder un poco, a pesar de q ves q lo han leido

Compre dos barreras de seguridad para cama, el pedido lo realice un lunes y estaba en stock, en seguida me enviaron que estaba en agencia, como en 48 horas no lo recibía contacte con ellos(por WhatsApp porque no me atendían el tfno),me dijeron por la mañana se podrían desde pedidos en contacto conmigo, al dia siguiente viernes me dijeron q mi pedido no lo localizaban en la agencia de transportes y como me corría prisa me enviaban uno nuevo para lunes-martes, la verdad es q pensaban q no me lo enviarían porque había leido malas recomendaciones, pero para mi sorpresa el lunes a primera hora tenia el paquete con las barreras.
Si decir que la próxima vez, revisen antes los paquetes porque uno de ellos traía una etiqueta de devolución de Amazon(aunque la barrera estaba intacta, sin usar, solo una brida cortada) y da bastante mala impresión, por lo demás bastante bien

la silla llego rápidamente 2 días, y tiene buena pinta estéticamente pero si la pudiera montar estaría genial, para poder probarla hay una pieza que ha venido rota ....ya he enviado correo con las fotos y la incidencia el mismo día que la ….todavía nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo espero que a partir de ahora alguien me diga algo.

Lo he recibido hoy. Es bonita, se ve resistente, la atención en mi caso vía watsap o teléfono aceptable. El envío tardo algún día más de lo esperado pero bien.
Textil adecuado, cambiador/bañera fácil de terminar de montar.no faltan piezas, incluye manual.
La cuna aún no la he montado.
Pedí el colchón antiahogo, se ve firme y de calidad...no lo he probado aún.
