Los vinos excelentes. Muy buen servicio. Pero creo que es confuso a la hora de pagar la opción de entrega, y m parece q el problema es de su web. Yo hice una compra y elegí ‘entrega en mano ‘ y luego recibo un mensaje reclamando el pago. Cuando en la pasarela de pago aparece como gastos de entrega cero. Finalmente m mandasteis el pedido sin gastos de envío. Pero creo q debería ser más claro a la hora de pagar q ponga una dirección de entrega y pague mi pedido, y al cabo de unos días m reclaméis los gastos.

Me explicó perfectamente Raúl q los gastos se cubren a partir de pedidos de 150 euros y ha sido muy atento. Pero creo q tenéis q mejorar eso
