Con respecto a la entrega del envío, regular. Puse en observaciones que me lo entregarán a partir de las 16 h y me llamaron a las 12 h porque no estaba y donde lo podían dejar. Menos mal que el repartidor fue muy majo y me lo llevo a casa de una amiga en la calle paralela ( gracias a dios que estaba en casa). Pero me gustaría que si hago nuevos pedidos, que la entrega sea a partir de esa hora, así no molesto a nadie. Gracias.

Hasta ahora, con respecto al producto, bien. Mi cachorro maltés se lo come bien. Aunque encontré algún trozo más grande de lo normal en el paquete de Wagyu.

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Nos alegramos mucho que le hayan gustado nuestros menús a su bichón maltés. El proceso de picado de la carne es un proceso natural no industrializado, de ahí que los trozos sean de diferente tamaño y no homogéneos, también se hace para que el perro pueda masticar diferentes texturas y tamaños.

Comida de muy buena calidad. El tiempo de espera a mi perro se le hace eterno y no para de llorar hasta que recibe su ración. Estarían bien packs con un poco más de ahorro.

muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Al ser un producto natural no industrializado el picado de la carne tiene diferentes tamaños, de ahí que los trozos finales de carne no sean totalmente homogéneos.

La atención y la celeridad a la hora de gestionar el pedido, perfecto.
La entrega del pedido peor. En nuestro caso no se cumplió el horario previsto y eso supuso al final tres dias de retraso.

Llevo muchos pedidos realizados a esta marca. Esta vez a dis de hoy todavía no he recibido el envio. El principal culpable es SEUR a el cual ya le he indicado que trabajo por la tarde y me envia el pedido por las tardes. Le recalqué que el envio sea de mañanas. Es una pena que se mi opinión de esta marca se insatisfactoria y mas por causas ajenas a ustedes pero tambien veo que llevo la semana esperado el pedido ( mi perro ya no tiene comida) y no me llega. Espero qe se pongan en contacto ustedes con SEUR y aclaren el problema. Gracias
