Hola Juan,
Muchas gracias por sus comentarios. El envío es por agencia 24/48 horas en días laborables. Ahora en los meses de verano hay algunas localidades que el envío por parte de las agencias es un poco más largo porque reducen los repartos. No obstante comunicaremos la incidencia a la empresa de reparto para que lo tenga en cuenta y evitar que vuelva a ocurrir. Cualquier otra cosa que podamos ayudarle quedamos a su disposición. Preferia comprar medias astas que enteras porque así mis perros accedían más facilmente a la parte más blanda o porosa de la asta. Pero en estas ultimas he visto que se rompian más facilmente en trocitos pequeñitos que les hacían toser, quizas la proxima vez me decantaré más por las enteras.

muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Nos alegramos que le haya gustado a sus 4 perretes. Cuando decimos que 5kg de comida deshidratada equivale a 20kg, nos referimos a comida en fresco no a pienso extrusionada en bolitas. Si deshidratamos un kilo de la mezcla altudog para su conservación se queda en 250g de producto deshidratado, manteniendo el valor nutricional del kilo de comida en fresco.

Hola, el envío muy bien pero desde que se lo estoy dando, tanto pollo como wayu tiene alergias y no para de rascarse, le ha salido un hot spot incluso, Y acababa de hacer otro pedido de 10 paquetes porque le gustaba mucho.

S mi perro le ha gustado mucho. Quizas las cantidades recomendadas estan por debajo de lo q él come. Me parecía poca cantidad una vez hidratada la comida.

Nos alegramos que le haya gustado a su perro.
La comida natural no es comparable con las bolitas de pienso extrusionadas, por ello la cantidad no tiene que coincidir con la actual comida que estuviera comiendo. El alimento no aumenta de volumen al hidratarse, simplemente es para dar una ligera cocción a las verduras y hortalizas. Tiene que tener en cuenta que la flora digestiva necesita un periodo de adaptación a la nueva comida.
