Mi perra se queda con hambre con las raciones recomendadas. El producto le encanta, pero pasa hambre. Ella pesa 12 kg, y es una cocker con actividad fisica, le estamos dando unos 120gr. Diarios y no es suficiente, tengo q darle comida aparte.

Nos alegra que le guste el producto a su perra. Si tiene actividad física elevada debe darle 15g de alimento deshidratado por cada kilo de peso vivo, en ese caso le corresponderían 180g al día.

El producto es muy bueno, pero mi perra se queda con hambre con las raciones que recomendais por tamaño. No se si las calorías son las que comprenden por equivalencia (ejemplo: 750gr. = 3 kg.) Pero mi perra con la dosis recomendada para 12kg que pesa; unos 120gr. diarios, pasa hambre...

Buenos días, pues mi sincera opinión es que a los perros les encanta la comida pero esto no cunde como 20 kg de comida, ya que yo con 20 kg de pienso tengo para un mes y pico, ya que tengo dos perros medianos y con lo que he comprado aquí tengo para medio mes raso.
Por otro lado no me cuadraba que la agencia de mensajería no me mande ningún mensaje de que el pedido está en camino.

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Nos alegra saber que a sus perros les han gustado nuestros productos. Cuando decimos que el formato de 6kg de comida deshidratada equivalen a 24kg de comida nos referimos a comida natural en fresco, no a bolitas de pienso ya que no es comparable. El equivalente del formato grande a bolitas de pienso de muy alta calidad (que hay pocas en el mercado de estas características) sería a un saco de 12kg.
Por otro lado miraremos qué ha podido pasar con el servicio de mensajería porque siempre informan vía email o teléfono...

Tiene que tener en cuenta que el contenido en carne de estos menús sin cereales es del 90%, carne de primera calidad apta para consumo humano y no subproductos... de ahí que su precio sea más elevado si se compara con las bolitas de pienso.

Buenos productos, el único pero es que la carne llego casi descongelada. No puedo opinar del servicio de atención al cliente porque todavía no he necesitado usarlo. Hay que decir que Fluxs está encantado con el cambio de alimentación. Saludos
