Hola David, sentimos mucho lo ocurrido. Decirle que el retraso en al entrega se debió a un error en la dirección por parte de Correos por lo que fue totalmente ajeno a nosotros. Respecto a que las cajas llegaron humedas, le pedimos que contacte con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente en [email protected] para solucionar el problmea y tratar de solucionarlo.

Siempre suele venir en el plazo establecido pero esta vez hubo un retraso en correos, el producto vino una semana más tarde del día en el que se me dijo que en breve lo recibiría.
