en primer lugar queremos agradecerle su compra en nuestra web y su comentario al respecto.

En relación a su comentario en el que indica que su pedido ha llegado un día tarde, nos gustaría detallar que su pedido fue recibido al 18/01/2022 a las 19:43h, fuera de nuestro horario comercial, por lo que fue imposible enviarlo en el mismo día. Su pedido fue enviado el día 19/01/2022 y lo recibió el 20/01/2022, cumpliendo con el plazo de entrega indicado.

Nos gustaría informarle que en la mayoría de nuestro productos, incluido el que adquirió en nuestra web, aparece una estimación del plazo de entrega, en la que se puede ver con claridad y en función de la hora en la que realice su pedido, cuando lo recibirá, por lo que viendo la hora a la que realizó su pedido, le informaría claramente cuando lo recibiría, en concreto el día 20 de Enero.

No llega en el tiempo estimado, el producto es bueno, pero pague un transporte de 24 horas y llego un dia tarde. He vuelto a pedir otro ayer x la mañana con el mismo transporte y deberia de llegar hoy.... A ver si cumplen.
