Score based on diabolical delivery and difficulty in contacting delivery company (Correos Express) and a 12 hour delivery turning into a problematic 36 hour delivery.
I hope product quality turns out better, but only time (battery life) will tell?

Regarding your comment, we have checked your order details and the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, so your order could not be delivered within the agreed time frame. In addition, your contact telephone number is not spanish, which unfortunately, makes it difficult to contact you, because Correos Express couriers cannot make international calls.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and from our experience we recommend that, in order to avoid these problems in the future, you detail your delivery address as best as possible and provide a spanish telephone number.

Regarding the batteries, we assure you that they are a very good quality product and you will get an excellent result.

Remember not to discharge the batteries deeply and always recharge them after each use to get the best possible performance.

For any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to assist you.

Batteries fitted and working. Time will tell regarding quality.

Delivery atrocious. Failed to arrive when due (9th June). Apparently, couldn't find address.
'Correos Express' web link (on their email) proved useless (let's you view; but not add amend delivery detail). They where extremily difficult to contact by phone ... took 2 hours and 5 telephone numbers (for the main part calls were not answered - even their main customer service contact numbers).
Having passed on clearer delivery details, agreed delivery for +1day.. they didn't turn up. Received call. Batteries had been returned to distribution depot (in Coruña). Had difficulty agreeng nex day delivery (i.e. +2days)... no time given.
The batteries finally arrived
I emphasise. Distribution was diabolical
